At a recent meeting of The Johnston Town Council, the Council did adopt the following Ordinance effective immediately:
Ordinance 2024-8
An Ordinance Creating Article XIV Entitled “Re-Development Agency” of the Town of Johnston Code of Ordinances
Ordinance 2024-9
An Ordinance amending Chapter 298 Entitled “Stormwater Management” of the Town of Johnston Code of Ordinances
Ordinance 2024-10
An Ordinance amending Chapter 340 Entitled “Zoning” of the Town of Johnston Code of Ordinances. Said Ordinance proposes amendments regarding Shelters, Boarding, Daycare & Grooming Services of Animal and also Breeding Kennels
Ordinance 2024-11
An Ordinance Authorizing the Borrowing of up to $300,000 for the purpose of financing the planning of improvements to the Town’s Stormwater and Sewer Facilities and authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Notes or Bonds for such purposes
Said Ordinances are on file and available for review in the Office of the Town Clerk.
