Delores M. “Dee” Izbicki 87, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2024, with her family by her side. She was the wife of the late Paul Izbicki. Born in Warwick, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Sarah (Randall) Desonie. She was the sister of the late Beverly Perri and Richard Desonie and is survived Marcia Sweet, Norma Briggs and several nieces and nephews.
Dee worked as a server for Tai Dee Garden Restaurant, Bald Hill Rd, Warwick for many years, she also worked as a Salesclerk in the gift shop at Kent Hospital. Dee had many hobbies and loved animals. She was a true friend to everyone who touched her life.
Her funeral service will be held on Friday August 2, 2024, at 10 a.m. in the Barrett & Cotter Funeral Home, 1328 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. Visitation will be Friday 9 to 10 a. m. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Warwick Animal Shelter, 250 Service Road, Warwick, RI 02886.
