Johnston High School’s robotics students were in the spotlight last month during a Manufacturing Career Day at Quidnesset Country Club in North Kingstown. “They demonstrated their skills using our robot systems, and their abilities impressed many people who attended the day,” said Thomas Milligan, the business and technology education teacher at Johnston High. The students are, front from left, Zac Bouvier, Chloe Tibets and Krystal White; and pictured back from left are Dave Chenevert from Swssline Precision Manufacturing, Milligan and William McCourt, executive director of the Rhode Island Manufacturers Association.
