John Dick, a 22-year floral designer and owner of Atwood Florist, recently underwent major surgery to actually remove a small part of his heart. Now, John's heart is beating stronger than ever - in fact, his close friends and family claim he came home with twice the heart! John was even back at his floral design studio within four days of his surgery. Seems as though the well-wishes of his fans have brought back a healthier, happier John Dick. As his faithful and talented friends Theodora "Teddy" DelPonte (of Floral Designs by Teddy in North Providence and Michael Murray will attest - "Everybody just loves John". These friends managed Atwood Florist in John's absence, and for this, he is deeply grateful.
