And as a veteran who knows people with TBI and those without limbs as well as other gruesome, life altering injuries, I don't see the president's characterization as out of sync. Not all of the soldiers have very severe TBI. Some just have minor concussions or other 'headaches' as Trump said. Most were returned to duty immediately.
