These words are bothersome

"Proponents of the bill say that the threat of potentially unfavorable, binding arbitration would be a tool that unions don’t currently have that would force municipalities to negotiate fairly and in good faith." The tool that they currently have is called racketeering and theft.

Good faith. Is that what the WFD did in April of 2013 when they (Ed Armstrong, Bill Lloyd, Peter Ruggiero) wrote a secret side deal to abscond hundreds of thousands of dollars of unused sick time? Is that what the WFD did when they ( Ed Armstrong, Bill Lloyd, Peter Ruggiero) added language to the 2015 contract increasing the unused vacation pay by 25% without the knowledge of the city council? (and supposedly by their own quotes, Avedisian and Ruggiero knew nothing about it)?

Is that what "good faith" collective bargaining is? And where is Vella Wilkinson to weigh in on this since she was on the finance committee when all this happened and she has cosigned this bill? Where are her comments to the WFD theft operation?
