Is there a provision for using GPS on our cell phones? The way my dashboard is configued, there is no way to mount my phone as the dashboard slants downward and there is no flat surface... Will this law apply to the old-fashioned mounted GPS's that people touch all the time? Lots of little details here - a police officer stopped a friend and told her you can't even look at your phone. hmm.
