It sad that taxpayers, like myself, have to live with flooding properties (for the past 13 years that the town created by allowing building with no drainage in place) and roads because Johnston does "not have money for this." Wish I could post some photos here!!!
And when I call the mayor, and the DPW no one calls back. But make sure we pay our $4000 tax bill on time!!
Also, you think the town is going to run this for free!!! No charge to use at all. Ha!!
Would be nice to move out of Johnston, but I would have to disclose my property floods.
