What was the school policy? I find it hard to believe that a tenured teacher would risk his job and pension for less than $100. Typically numerous people are responsible for these types of accounts and they are audited regularly. Is that the case here? Have there been previous accusations of financial wrongdoing? What prompted this? All good questions. And where is the school department on this issue? No press release?
