Maybe you should google what constitutes a forged check. I worked at two different banks and I know what a forged check is. Banking law states that the last endorser is the person responsible for the check. Since Mr. Russo was the last endorser, he was the individual responsible for the check. He has taken responsibility for the check. He altered the check which he shouldn't have done; as I stated he should have been reprimanded and instructed to avoid such practices in the future. The bank should not have cashed the checks, but they did. No one profited and no one suffered a loss. Get over yourself. Mr. Russo sets a fine example for the students at JHS. Why don't you complain about the teachers who take a pay check every week and virtually do nothing?
