DOMESTIC FELONY ASSAULT

At 4:56 p.m., Sept. 16, Cranston Police Officers arrested Alvaro Vasquez, 28, of 160 Whitehall St., Providence, for two counts of Domestic Felony Assault, Domestic Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 110 Oxford St. Vasquez was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and Remanded to the ACI.

NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

At 7:45 p.m., Sept. 16, Cranston Police Officers arrested Garrett Johnson, 24, of 187 Third Ave., Apt. 2, Cranston, for Violation of a No Contact Order. Arrest is the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. According to Cranston Police, Johnson was awaiting arraignment by a Justice of the Peace as a bail or probation “Violator.”

DOMESTIC VANDALISM

At 10:09 p.m., Sept. 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Giovanny Lugo, 19, of 27 Barber Ave., Warwick for Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at 122 Wentworth Ave. Lugo was arraigned and released by a Justice of the Peace, according to Cranston Police.

SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 3:01 p.m., Sept. 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Brianna Campanella, 34, of 133 Farmington Ave., Apt. 10, Cranston, for Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service in front of 127 Farmington Ave., according to Cranston Police. Campanella was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

RESISTING ARREST

Around 2:19 a.m., Sept. 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Nicholas Arena, 31, of 225 Macklin St., Cranston, for Disorderly Conduct, Resisting Arrest with or without violence and obstructing an officer in execution of duty. The arrest was the result of a disturbance call outside The Joint, 1150 Oaklawn Ave. Arena was awaiting arraignment, according to Cranston Police.

WARRANT ARREST

Around 1 a.m., Sept. 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Reinaldo Ramirez, 21, of 29 Ottawa St., West Warwick, for three bench warrants. The arrest was the result of an officer-initiated suspicious vehicle investigation at Oakland Cemetery, at 1596 Broad St. Ramirez was transported to the ACI, according to Cranston Police.

NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

Around 1 a.m., Sept. 15, Cranston Police Officers arrested Elianny Duarte, 19, of 56 Bissell St., Providence, for a violation of a No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of an officer-initiated suspicious vehicle investigation at the Oakland Cemetery, at 1596 Broad St. Duarte was awaiting arraignment as a bail violator, according to Cranston Police.

SEX OFFENDER ADDRESS CHANGE

At 2:39 p.m., Sept. 12, Cranston Police Officers arrested Joseph Roberts Jr., 46, of 30 Howard Ave., Cranston, for Sexual Offender Address Change. The arrest was the result of a pickup at West Warwick Police Department. Roberts was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and remanded to the ACI, according to Cranston Police.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 3:17 p.m., Sept. 12, Cranston Police Officers arrested Wendely Bautista, 23, of 575 Dyer Ave., Apt. E 110, Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault, Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property, and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at 1394 Plainfield St. Bautista, currently at Rhode Island Hospital, was held for arraignment, according to Cranston Police

WARRANT ARREST

At 4:49 p.m., Sept. 12, Cranston Police Officers arrested Kerri Bestwick, 33, of 26 E. George St., Providence, for a 3rd District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service on New London Avenue, at Chapel View Boulevard. Bestwick was transported to the ACI, according to Cranston Police.

MARIJUANA POSSESSION

At 7:40 p.m., Sept. 12, Cranston Police Officers arrested Matthew Guglielmo, 19, of 23 Bethel St., Cranston, for Possession of Marijuana (over two ounces; first offense). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop and previously issued arrest warrant. Guglielmo was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released, according to Cranston Police.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

AT 9:26 p.m., Sept. 12, Cranston Police Officers arrested Felix Cuevas Jr., 21, of 14 Cedar St., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at the aforementioned address. Cuevas was held for morning arraignment as a bail or probation “Violator,” according to Cranston Police.

SHOPLIFTING

Around 12:45 p.m., Sept. 11, Cranston Police Officers arrested Christina Campbell, 40, of 82 Garden City Drive, Cranston, for Shoplifting. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Shaw’s, 8 Chapel View Boulevard. Campbell was awaiting arraignment.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 11:17 p.m., Sept. 10, Cranston Police Officers arrested Andrew Lebron, 29, of 1586 Elmwood Ave., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Violation of a No Contact Order as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. Lebron was held for morning court, according to Cranston Police.

DOMESTIC SIMPLE ASSAULT

At 11:21 p.m., Sept. 10, Cranston Police Officers arrested Molly O’Neil, 28, of 1586 Elmwood Ave., Cranston, for Domestic Simple Assault and Violation of a No Contact Order as a result of a disturbance at the aforementioned address. O’Neil was held for morning court, according to Cranston Police.

NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

Around 3:13 p.m., Sept. 10, Cranston Police Officers arrested Samantha Turbitt, 31, of 501 Reservoir Ave., Cranston, for Violation of No Contact Order. The arrest was the result of Turbitt “being arraigned on this additional charge at 3rd District Court stemming from another case,” according to Cranston Police. Turbitt was arraigned at 3rd District Court.
