The Warwick Beacon’s Athlete of the Week is Pilgrim softball player Marin Prest. Prest has been a big factor in Pilgrim’s four-game winning streak and launched her first career home run in a win against Moses Brown last week. Prest delivered again on Monday when she knocked in the game-winning run on a walk-off double in the ninth inning against Chariho.
