Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held, and a vote may be taken at the City of Warwick, Sawtooth Annex Community Room, 65 Centerville Road, Warwick, RI on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 beginning at 6:00 P.M.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to consider, and the Planning Board may vote, on a Major Land Development/Subdivision for Master Plan Approval and a City Council Zone Change recommendation to Planned District Residential (PDR).  The Applicant is requesting to merge (2) two lots and a zone change recommendation, to allow for the development of (14) fourteen residential-units on a 62,375 sq. ft. parcel in an A-7 PDR Zoning District.

A vote may be taken by members of the Planning Board at this meeting.
