On March 18th, the RI Hospitality Association (RIHA) invites servers and wait-staff to participate in Boost Your Service Game training, an interactive course designed to serve up a plate of knowledge for front-of-the-house restaurant workers. The course will teach servers how to provide better service, creatively upsell menu items, increase income and have fun doing it.
This three-hour interactive training will feature videos, presentations and various group activities. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Completion from RIHA following the completion of the course.
