Zumba burns calories and improves heart health, but it’s also a great low-impact confidence – boosting workout,
Wednesdays – 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Fee: $3
Tai Chi combines martial arts movements with breathing and stretching techniques. It improves balance, stability and flexibility. Practiced regularly, it can also help reduce pain – especially from knee osteoarthritis, back problems and fibromyalgia.
Four week series beginning July 6
Wednesdays – 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Fee: $40 for the series
What are the benefits of ballroom dancing? Besides having fun, ballroom dancing improves muscle and bone strength while lowering the risk of injury or exhaustion. Additionally, the improved posture, balance and motor skills encouraged by ballroom dancing can help prevent falls and other accidents dangerous to the older adult.
