Providence Animal Rescue League recognizes Luca + Danni with Stanley H. Mason Award

Providence Animal Rescue League (PARL) has awarded Rhode Island-based jewelry company Luca Danni with the prestigious Stanley H. Mason Award, presented annually to a person or organization whose considerable efforts in the past year have benefited PARL.

Luca Danni provided critical financial support to the nonprofit organization during the pandemic, designating proceeds from select product sales to PARL. In total, more than $6,000 was raised in 2020. The award presentation was held earlier this month at the shelter with Luca Danni founder, Fred Magnanimi.

“We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Providence Animal Rescue League, and support the integral work that PARL does to keep animals across Rhode Island safe and well-cared for. We are a team of animal lovers that look forward to bringing awareness and raising crucial funds for PARL through our Animal Rescue Bangle,” said Alexandra Golden, senior brand manager at Luca Danni.

The partnership between these two organizations has been formalized through the end of 2021, with $5 from the sale of each new Luca Danni Animal Rescue Bangle Bracelet donated to PARL to support its mission.

“We are honored to be working with the team at Luca Danni to raise awareness and critical funds to help dogs, cats and small animals in need of rescue, love and forever homes,” said Rebecca Baylies, executive director at PARL.

The handmade rescue dog bone bracelet features the words “rescued” with a red enamel heart design, paying homage to furry friends. It is currently available for purchase on Luca Danni’s website.
