Get your throwing arms in shape. Cranston Cares is setting up a dunk tank at the Cranston Police Spring Fest on Sunday, May 19.
"We are very thankful to all the volunteers for their support to Cranston Cares, and their willingness to be part of the day," said Cranston Cares President, Justin Erickson.
The dunking will be starting at 10:30 a.m., and run until 2:15 p.m. Each person will be on the platform for 15 minutes.
The list of dunkees includes: Marc Bochner, School Committee member Frank Ritz, state Rep. Jacquelyn Baginski, Councilman John Donegan, Councilwoman Nicole Renzulli, Cranston businessman Ryan Nardolillo, State Rep. Brandon Potter, Councilwoman Lammis Vargas, Councilman Dan Wall, Cranston candidate Chris Buonanno, School Committee member Anthony Melillo, CPD Cali the Police Dog, Cranston West Principal John Fontaine, Cranston businessman Ed Brady, Councilman Chris Paplauskas and rounding off the roster is Champion Fighter Gary Baletto Jr.
Tosses are three balls for $10. The booth will be set up in the parking lot of Centerville Bank, near the food trucks. Cranston Cares is a 501c-3 organization that provides equitable support throughout the City of Cranston. For more information, visit CranstonCares.org.
