By virtue and in pursuance of an execution, No. 3CA-2024-02771 issued out of the Rhode Island District Court, 3rd Division, holden at Providence, the 3rd day of May, 2024 and returnable to said Court on the 4th day of May, 2025, upon a judgment rendered by said court on the 30th day of April 2024, in favor of Tyler Demora, plaintiff, and against Nelson Fernandez, defendant.
