FYI we still live in a Republic.
As far as the Constitution I'm all for it and the Individual's Freedoms it recognizes. Yes "We the People" are governed by those We choose to grant power to. Since We grant it We can take it away.

Sexual identity? If someone is has anorexia we don't agree with them and tell them they look fine or they could lose a few pounds. Gender dysforia was treated before.
Religion is not allowed to be dictated by Government but just because murder is bad in religion doesn't mean it can't be bad in society and government pass laws in place to punish it.
Income? Where is there a law discriminating baised on income?
Select group of men and corporations? Like when the Joe Biden's quid pro quo in front of the Coucil on Foreign relations? Or Hunter Biden laptop story was censored by big corp? Or when hearings (J6 Committee) are kept behind closed doors?
Yes it is a battle for the Constitution and the Republic. When you vote make sure you know all sides and what Big Brother is willing to take from you.
