Maybe it’s time to try the privatization of the trash collection again. It seems every week I have to go out into the street and pick up trash or recyclables that missed the truck and is left in the roadway.
Save money on equipment, salary and pensions and let the lowest bidder do the job. They would probably do a better job than is currently being done.
