Dean Koontz wrote a book published in 1981 in which he warned of a biological weapon coming from Wuhan China called Wuhan-400. Koontz is an intelligence operative who was simply predicting their plans. Too bad fools don’t know that Governor is treasonous. They only think, “Oh isn’t it great she’s a democrat!”
