When Democrat pols use the word "investment", put both hands on your wallet. While I agree with Rep. Fillipi's proposal for expanded school choice, I do not endorse a new tax on anything to "fund" it. There is no cost here. Government-run education is a very noble experiment that, with the exception of some high income communities, has failed. And no increased "investment" is going to fix it.
