Go to Providence and it's all you smell. Downtown,East Side, PC, and the not as nice areas it's everywhere. Cars with smoke coming out the windows. Mayor E-Loser and the Council playcated the " voters" and it's not a crime anymore. People are driving high. You can see it daily. I've seen people smoking while driving, walking down the street and rolling blunts at lights. Police are handcuffed with what they can't do. Raimandodo has hurt this state and this money grab will make it worse. We're at fault for putting her and slimeball Mattiello in again. And the money it makes where will it go?
