But word travels fast that there is a town in Rhode Island that has a history of preposterous tax treaties; the Landfill, A. Duie Pyle, 3 Power plants, Stuart's Plaza...... The list goes on. The reason they do not disclose the cost of the project is because then it would be known how much they would be saving with the tax treaty.
