EGG-CEPTIONAL: Baffoni Poultry Farm in Johnston has several more than century-old two-story chicken houses. The farm has about 20,000 chickens. Of those, around 7-8,000 are egg-laying hens, according to owner Adam Baffoni. The chickens lay approximately 3-4,000 eggs per day.
