About Me

John J. "Jack" Lancellotta, is the Executive Director of the JAYCEE ALUMNI Education and Library Foundation, a fiscal and organizational public entity that was established in 1990 to enhance the educational, charitable, leadership development, and community action programs of JAYCEES through the time-driven tenets of United States Junior Chamber and related entities.

{The United States Junior Chamber (JAYCEES), gives young people between the ages of 18 and 40, the tools they need to build the bridges of success for themselves in the areas of business development, management skills, individual training, community service and international connections.}

The objectives of the JAYCEE Education & Library Foundation provides funding for various programs of the local junior chamber in the areas of program promotions/public relations, charitable/medical causes, educational measures and library services along with the main purpose to cooperatively assist as a purveyor of quality community development.

The JAYCEE Education & Library Foundation also aims to fund special Junior Chamber projects organized and managed by the local chapter(s) amd relate entities as the JAYCEE Alumni Club and RI JCI Senate. To qualify for these funds, projects must have a direct impact on local communities, Rhode Island, our nation and international affairs.

Lancellotta, a 1982 graduate of the Roger Williams College Law Center of Paralegal Studies, with majors < cum laude> in Political Science and Public Administration, has served in the Providence Office of former U.S. Senator Claiborne deb. The Corridor & Arboretum, is the portal entrance to the state Senator Donald Roch RIVERWALK, the 1.3 mile wilderness trail, whose confluence is tracked along the northern and southern branches of Scituate and Coventry, respectively, with its main stem flowing through Cranston and draining into Narragansett Bay at Pawtuxet Cove. Such laudable efforts have been influential in the adoption of local tree care and preservation laws, the nationwide certification as a Tree City/USA community by the National Arbor Day Foundation and the hosting of regional projects such as the R.I. Tree Council's Tree Steward's Program. The Arboretum & Riverwalk Project was presented a public service award by the Southern Rhode Island Conservation District.
