In accordance with Section 340-74 D. the owner of Assessor’s Plat 5 lots 224 and 227, located on 54 Starr Street, has applied for a modification of the side yard set back requirements. The applicant is proposing to build an industrial building 40 feet from the westerly side lot line (50 feet is required).
The Zoning Official will grant this request unless a written objection is received by close of business on August 28th, 2020. Written comment must be directed to:
