In accordance with Section 340-74 D. the owner of Assessor’s Plat 16 lots 152 and 160, located on Rosemont Drive, has applied for a modification of the front and rear yards. Each lot conforms to the minimum lot size but does not meet the required front and rear lot requirements. The applicant is proposing a front yard of 19 feet (25 feet is required) and a rear yard of 34 feet (45 feet is required) for each lot.
The Zoning Official will grant this request unless a written objection is received by close of business on March 23rd. Written comments must be directed to:
