Jim Boyajian, left, isn’t considered the ring leader for nothing. After all, he’s the retired president of the Rhode Island Teamsters. Boyajian is one of the early morning regulars at McDermott Pool as are his friends, Joe Cifelli, known as the piano man for his skill with the keys and Joe Zaccagnini, the baker man. The trio traded stories while refreshing standing in the water Monday. Said Geoffrey Monti, who opened the pool that morning, “they work out their jaws more than their bodies.” Monti said the pool, “is some people’s coffee shop.” (Warwick Beacon photo)
