Applicant response to Board questions and Board discussion and vote on a Comprehensive Permit Application in accordance with RIGL 45-53 – The Low- and Moderate-Income Housing Act. The development will contain 32 housing units where 16 units will be deed restricted to low- and moderate-income households and the balance will be market rate units. The parcel contains 7.9 +/- acres and is zoned R-40. Applicant – Trinity Properties of RI, LLC.
NOTE: The Public Hearing was closed at the July meeting.
