PB 19-31 – 80 Morgan Avenue.  A Public Hearing on the Preliminary Plan submission of a Major Land Development.  AP 8 Lots 1 and 276 a Planned Development Continuing Care Retirement Community (PD-CCRC)

PB 24-28 – Johnston High School A Public Hearing on a Master Plan submission of a Major Land Development with Unified Development Review to build a new high school.  345 Cherry Hill Road AP 47 lot 9.  Zoned R-20 and R-40.

PB 24-30 - George Waterman Comprehensive Permit.  A Pre-Application meeting on a proposed Low- and Moderate-income housing development containing approximately 155 dwelling units.  178- 200 George Waterman Road. AP 37 Lot 193.  Zoned R15.  R40 and B1.  Applicant - Waterman Chenango, LLC

PB 24-16 Golden Avenue.  A Public Hearing for a Minor Land Development with Unified Development Review to build a 2-unit and a 3-unit building on a paper street. 7 and 8 Golden Avenue.  AP 9 Lots 248 and 262.  Owner/Applicant – Frank Gaglione.

PB 24-40 - 38 Mill Street a Public Hearing for a 2 lot Minor Subdivision with Unified Development Review.  38 Mill Street.  AP 4 Lot 7.  Zoned R15.  Owner/Applicant Mark D. Harrington, JR.

PB 24-38 – Pine Hill Estates Comprehensive Permit.  A Pre-Application meeting on a proposed Low- and Moderate-income housing development located in both Johnston and Scituate containing 42 dwelling units with 15 units located in Johnston.  Pine Hill Road. AP 58 Lot 31.  Zoned R40.  Applicant/Owner – Edmund Warner

PB 24-41 – Johnston Asphalt, LLC – 100 Allendale Avenue.  Minor Land Development review prior to a hearing by the Zoning Board of a the case remanded to the Board by Superior Court.

PB 24-39 – 101 Irons Avenue AP 35 Lot 185.  Advisory opinion on the donation of this parcel to the Town.

PB 24-31- Advisory Opinion on the request to Rezone 2697 Hartford Avenue from R-40 and B-2 to B-2.   A.P. 57 Lot 170.

VI. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN & ZONONG ORDINANCE

PB 22-57 – The Comprehensive Plan.  Affordable Housing Element, Stormwater Management element

PB 23-35 – Zoning Update.  Discussion and review of draft zoning ordinance.  Major restructuring of the ordinance was required because of the changes and the failure to update the ordinance over the past years when changes were made to state law.
