PB 24-40 - 38 Mill Street. Continuation of a Public Hearing for a 2 lot Minor Subdivision with Unified Development Review.  38 Mill Street.  AP 4 Lot 7.  Zoned R15.  Owner/Applicant Mark D. Harrington, JR

PB 22-60- Bird’s Eye Vue, an 8 Lot Residential Subdivision Wychwood Place, AP 38, Lots 310 & 338.  Request for a one-year extension on the approved Master Plan in accordance with Section II Article E 2.g. Vesting of the Land Development and Subdivision Review Regulations.

PB 17-40- Medical Homes of RI, Inc. Old Pocasset Road AP 43 &44 Lots 224, 229, 68 & 306.  Request for a one-year extension on the approved Master Plan in accordance with Section II Article E 2.g. Vesting of the Land Development and Subdivision Review Regulations.

PB 24-42 - Forest Drive Solar. A Public Hearing on the Master Plan Submission of a Major Land Development to develop two 0.5 MW solar arrays and one single-family residential lot. Behind 3 and 17 Forest Drive. AP 46 Lots 103, 171, 208, 209, 210, 211, 212 and 213- Zoned R-40.  Owner-: Shore Holdings, LLC.  Applicant -Revity Energy.

PB 24-41 - Johnston Asphalt, LLC.  A Public Meeting on a site plan review of the proposed expansion on an asphalt plant.  The Board to issue an advisory opinion to the Zoning Board.  100 Allendale Avenue. AP 36 Lot 77.  Zoned – Industrial.  Applicant/Owner: Johnston Asphalt, LLC.

 VI. COMPREHENSIVE PLAN & ZONING ORDINANCE

PB 22-57 – The Comprehensive Plan.  Affordable Housing Element, Stormwater Management element

PB 23-35 – Zoning Update.  Discussion and review of draft zoning ordinance.  Major restructuring of the ordinance was required because of the changes and the failure to update the ordinance over the past years when changes were made to state law.
