In accordance with Section 340-74 D. the owner of Assessor’s Plat 52 lots 15, located on 40 Carpenter Drive, has applied for a modification of the side yard set back requirements. The applicant is proposing to build a single-family dwelling and is seeking relief of 3.8 ft from the right side of the property facing Buona Vista Avenue. (35 feet is required).
The Zoning Official will grant this request unless a written objection is received by close of business on December 18th, 2020. Written comment must be directed to:
