The Warwick Area Career & Technical Center’s SkillsUSA Leadership Team recently held their annual “Giving Tree.” Students decorated the tree with new hats, mittens, scarves, and gloves that were distributed to the students at Norwood Elementary School. This is the second year the team has held this event. Over 100 items were given to the school. Last year Oakland Beach School received our gifts. In the spirit of the season, the students and faculty also donated 528 pounds of food to Westbay Community Action before Thanksgiving. (Photo courtesy of Jill Shurtleff, SkillsUSA co- advisor)
