Raymond DaQuila, of Johnston, gassed up at BJ’s Wholesale Club on Hartford Avenue in Johnston on Monday. The price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline, for members, has finally fallen to $3, and the traffic at the station has been heavy. “Me, myself, I’m pessimistic,” DaQuila said. “I remember it at $2 a gallon and I’d like to see it back to that price, or at least 50 cents cheaper. I used to pay $30 to fill this tank with premium. Now it costs me about $58.” (Herald photos by Rory Schuler)
