Adverse Drug Reactions

Medicines are used to treat or prevent illnesses or disease. However, sometimes these medicines may cause problems – adverse drug reactions. Learn how to recognize the risks and avoid them.

New exercise classes beginning at the center in May. Choose what works for you! For more information call Kathi at 780-6126.

Stretch & Flexibility Training:

Mondays, 1 to 2 p.m., $3 per class

Chair Yoga:

Tuesdays, 10 to 11 a.m., $2 per class

Tai Chi:

Tuesdays, 1 to 2 p.m., $3 per class

Mat Yoga:

Fridays, 10 to 11 a.m., $3 per class

Wellness Team available by appointment!
