Come and join her for a fun interactive presentation about memory, including what’s normal and not, how it works and tips and tricks to help strengthen our memory as we age. URI SNAP Outreach Clinic
“Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program”
Dec. 1 – 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.
If you have any questions about your SNAP application, wish to apply for SNAP, or have received correspondence from the SNAP office that you do not understand, then this clinic is for you!
Intermediate Ballroom Night Class
Wednesdays, Dec. 7 through Dec. 28 – 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
$40 per person, four week series

Caregiver’s Support Group
Dec. 7 – 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Facilitator: Jennifer Kevorkian
Caregiving can be an isolating experience, but you’re not alone in this challenge. But when you’re overwhelmed and exhausted by caregiving responsibilities, it can feel like you’re the only person dealing with so much. That’s why caregiver support groups are so helpful. They’re filled with people who are in similar situations. Being able to talk with others who truly understand what you are going through reduces stress, validates your experience, and gives connection and support. Join us, our support group meets on the first Wednesday of each month from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Hi Lo Jack Card League
