Open Enrollment for Medicare Plans

“It’s that time of year!”

During the annual enrollment period, people with Medicare can change their health plans and prescription drug coverage to meet their needs for the following calendar year. To schedule your appointment with our Social Services’ Division, please contact Jennifer at 780-6254 or Amy at 780-6200.


A Matter of Balance

A Fall Prevention Program

Tuesdays & Fridays – 9 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Beginning Oct. 18 and ending Nov. 11

Many people think that falls are the normal part of aging. The truth is, they’re not! Most falls can be prevented – and you have the power to reduce your risk of falling. How? Sign up now for our free evidence based program “A Matter of Balance.” This four-week fall prevention workshop is designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase your activity levels.
