This is a low intensity self-defense/martial arts demonstration and discussion. Everyone deserves to feel secure. That’s why self-defense for seniors is such an important topic.
Here at the Cranston Senior Enrichment Center, we are not only celebrating National Fitness Day but are making the entire week of May 23 Fitness Week. You are invited to observe any of our exercise classes…no cost. Observe as many as you want during this week. You may find one that works for you! Chair exercise, chair yoga, exercise made easy, chair Zumba, stretch, flexibility and balance, Zumba, Tai Chi, aerobics, and mat yoga. Call us for days and times: 780-6000.
