Rhode Island is a small state with many venues for buying fresh and locally grown foods. Where are they? And what are the benefits of buying local?

Does hand clapping, foot stomping, singing, and dancing while remaining safely seated sound like fun? You bet it is! Zumba Gold Seated incorporates Latin, big band and popular classic music. This program aims to improve overall energy, core stability, muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance and fine motor skills. Join Roberta, our licensed Zumba Gold instructor, for a guaranteed fun class. Bring a friend.
