Mayor Ken Hopkins welcomed Precision Home Lending to the Cranston business community last week.

Held during a Launch Party at Chapel Grille, David A. DelBonis treated those in attendance to a variety of food, cash bar and music, which was provided by Steven Palumbo.

Precision Home Lending is located at 1288 Oaklawn Ave. in Cranston. Its office may be reached at (401) 437-7379.

DelBonis has approximately 20 years in the mortgage industry and has done thousands of transactions and managed and trained hundreds of mortgage professionals. His experience as a veteran serving military clients is a direct differentiation from other mortgage professionals.

His credit experience enables him to help clients maintain or repair their individual credit profiles.

“With the help of our financial advisors, thousands of people were able to achieve results such as securing a lower interest rate for an overall mortgage payment plan and shortening the loan’s term as well as converting between adjustable-rate and fixed-rate mortgages,” DelBonis said.
