During the COVID-19 pandemic, Gene Hutnak Photography of North Scituate sponsored a fundraiser for Project Undercover, a nonprofit founded by Cranston resident Richard Fleischer. Project Undercover’s mission is to supply diapers, underwear and socks to needy families across the state. Families who donated $99 to Project Undercover received a family portrait gift certificate valued at $500 to Gene Hutnak Photography. Because the need is still so great, they are once again repeating this event for spring.
