As he has done in prior years, Father Robert Marciano, pastor of St. Kevin Church , chaplain of the Warwick Police and Fire Departments and the Rhode Island National Guard, hosted a concert Friday evening at the church to honor and pay tribute to the men and women serving in our military and police and fire departments. The concert opened with a selections played by the Rhode Island Professional Firefighters Pipes & Drums band and followed by the 88th Army Band - Rhode Island Army National Guard. The patriotic music, fitting for the Memorial Day weekend had members of the audience clapping along and joining in song.
