New bank, new model of banker

Centreville Bank recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the opening of its Warwick office located at 578 Greenwich Avenue. Warwick Mayor Frank J. Picozzi and other dignitaries attended the ceremony. “We’re very excited about having established a physical presence in Warwick, a city that we long have targeted for a branch office location. We’ve invested in a state-of-the-art facility to make our services more easily accessible to the residents of this great city,” said Harold M. Horvat, Centreville Bank president, chief executive officer and chairman of the board. Similar to the approach throughout their Rhode Island offices, the bank has adopted a “universal banker,” customer-service model that enables all office staff members to seamlessly handle any banking need. The new, 1,500 square foot Warwick office is designed to complement that approach and features interactive teller machines (ITMs) that offer walk up and drive-up access, as well as ample parking. The Warwick office employs five staff members led by branch manager, Theresa Wosencroft, a 20-year veteran in retail banking. Pictured from left are: Harold M.
