For years Bishop Hendricken High School has hosted a breakfast for veterans on Veterans Day and a Thanksgiving lunch for those who could use it on Thanksgiving Day. This year Iggy’s Board Walk stepped up as a partner providing breakfast for the veterans and offering a venue and the meal for the Thanksgiving luncheon. Hendricken students and staff will be assisting on Thanksgiving. Father Robert Marciano, pastor of St Kevin and St. Benedict Church and president of Hendricken, was outside Iggy’s on Veterans Day welcoming veterans and predictably trading stories. Here he joins David Gravino, his niece Gianna Gravino and sister Mary Ann Soares as they welcome Sharon Gagne and Col. James Gormly to breakfast. David and his sister own and run Iggy’s.
