FROM STAFF REPORTS The Toll Gate girls basketball team rolled past visiting Middletown 52-35 on Tuesday to wrap up its regular season with a 15-2 record.
Adeline Areson led the charge with 23 points while Bri Simono scored 14 in the win. The Titans also picked up a 41-23 win over Block Island on Monday. Lincoln 44, Pilgrim 32
Pilgrim traveled north to take on Lincoln and would come up short against the host Lions.
Madelyn Narcavage and Faith Meade led Pilgrim with nine points scored while Giana Ramos and Hayden Henry each added seven.
Narragansett 67, Hendricken 62
The Hawks were upset by Narragansett in a close matchup earlier this week.
David Lynch led Hendricken with a game-high 24 points scored while Eze Wali added 18 and Cameron Chinn eight. BOYS
Hendricken 63, North Kingstown 31
The Hawks continued to cruise in the pool this season with a lopsided win over NK last week at McDermott Pool.
Nick Andrews won the 200 free while Tim Andrews won the 200 IM.
Alex Walsh went on to win the 50 free while Matt Walden won the 100 fly. Tim Andrews then took first in the 100 free while Nick Andrews placed first in the 500 free.
Hendricken’s relay team of Nick Andrews, Tristan Jordan, Rene Lopez and Aidan Curry combined to win the 200 free relay. Nick Andrews, Ryan Kornacki, Alex Sulyma and Damon Buchanan combined to win the 400 free relay.
