'Pretty Woman: The Musical' launching tour at PPAC this fall

The producers of “Pretty Woman: The Musical” and J.L. “Lynn” Singleton, president and CEO of the Providence Performing Arts Center (PPAC), are pleased to announce that the smash hit musical will launch its North American tour at PPAC in Providence from Oct. 9-16.

“Pretty Woman: The Musical” is part of the Taco/The White Family Foundation Broadway Series and is the season opener for the 2021-22 Broadway season. WPRI 12 is the Broadway season media sponsor.

“We are thrilled that ‘Pretty Woman: The Musical’ will be launching its national tour at PPAC this fall. This will be the 20th national tour to open at PPAC since 2008, an important milestone in our theatre history,” Singleton said. “‘Pretty Woman: The Musical’ will be the first Broadway tour to perform on the PPAC stage in 19 months. Broadway’s back at PPAC!”

Tickets are on sale at the PPAC Box Office (located at 220 Weybosset St. in downtown Providence), online at www.ppacri.org and by phone at 401.421.ARTS (2787). Box Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Ticket prices are $94 to $20; all ticket prices include a $4 per ticket restoration charge and are subject to change without notice.
