EMBEZZLEMENT

At 12:30 p.m. on Oct. 24, Cranston Police arrested Jakeel Togba, 22, of 79 Alger St., Providence, on charges of Embezzlement/Fraudulent Conversion Over $100 (one count). The arrest was the result of a previously issued Arrest & Affidavit Warrant, and subsequent warrant pick-up by the Providence Police Department. Togba was transported to Third District Court.


DRUG POSSESSION

At 3:22 p.m. on Oct. 20, Cranston Police arrested Chaocong Li, 40, of 2577 West 15th St., Brooklyn, New York, on charges of Manufacturing/Possession/Delivery of Schedule I/II Marijuana (one count), and Possession of Marijuana (one count, subsequent offense) after a narcotics investigation at 161 Council Rock Road, Cranston. Li was held for arraignment.


ATTEMPTED LARCENY

At 12:59 p.m. on Oct. 20, Cranston Police arrested Adam Corbin, 35, of 872 Chalkstone Ave., Providence, on charges of Attempted Larceny, Malicious Injury to Property, Duty to Stop Accident – Damage to Attended Vehicle and Reckless/Eluding Police as result of person turning himself in at headquarters. Corbin was held for arraignment by the bail commissioner.


DUI

At 8:50 a.m. on Oct. 21, Cranston Police arrested Kevin J. Miley, 37, of 70 Humbert Ave., Cranston, on charges of DUI – BAC Unknown (first offense) as a result of a traffic accident at 20 Phenix Ave. Miley was transferred to Third District Court for arraignment.

At 9:16 a.m. on Oct. 18, Cranston Police arrested Susan Taylor, 52, of 6305 Scituate Vista Drive, Cranston, on charges of DUI of Liquor or Drugs – BAC 0.10-0.15 (first offense), Possession of Schedule I-V and Refusal to Submit to a Preliminary Breath Test. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Cumberland Farms on Reservoir Avenue. Taylor awaited arraignment.

At 7:05 p.m. on Oct. 16, Cranston Police arrested Gary Mumford, 54, of 73 Laurier St., Woonsocket, on charges of DUI – BAC Unknown (first offense) as a result of a call for an erratic operator on Phenix Avenue. Mumford was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.


DISORDERLY CONDUCT

At 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 18, Cranston Police arrested John Cotugno, 58, of 6305 Scituate Vista Drive, Cranston, on charges of Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Cumberland Farms on Reservoir Avenue. Cotugno awaited arraignment.

At 5:07 p.m. on Oct. 14, Cranston Police arrested Anthony Riccio, 54, of 117 Mount View Drive, Cranston, on charges of Domestic Disorderly Conduct, Domestic Vandalism/Malicious Injury to Property and a Superior Court Bench Warrant as a result of a domestic disturbance at the aforementioned address. Riccio was held for morning arraignment as a bail violator.


WARRANT

At 1:56 p.m. on Oct. 25, Cranston Police arrested Alli Iannelli, 20, of 173 Shady Valley Road, Coventry, on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant out of RI State Police for leaving the scene of an accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle. Iannelli was turned over to Rhode Island State Police.

At 12:18 p.m. on Oct. 18, Cranston Police arrested Debra Tereshka, 56, of 46 Scenery Lane, Johnston, on a Warwick Police Department Warrant of Arrest of Affidavit. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Bob’s Store on Oaklawn Avenue. Tereshka awaited pick-up from the Warwick Police Department.

At 8:45 a.m. on Oct. 17, Cranston Police arrested John J. Choiniere, 44, of 53 Church St., Cranston, on a Superior Court Bench Warrant as a result of a warrant pick-up at 53 Church St. Choiniere was transferred to Superior Court.


NO CONTACT ORDER VIOLATION

At 5:51 p.m. on Oct. 22, Cranston Police arrested Keith Silva, 50, of 1185 Narragansett Blvd., Apt. 319, Cranston, on charges of Violation of a No Contact Order as the result of a disturbance call at 1185 Narragansett Blvd. Silva awaited arraignment as a bail violator.

At 4:29 p.m. on Oct. 17, Cranston Police arrested Joseph Ferrazzano, 19, of 62 Smith St., Apt. 1, Providence, on charges of Violation of a No Contact Order (Third/Subsequent). The arrest was the result of a pickup at the Warwick Police Department for an Arrest and Affidavit Warrant out of the Cranston Police Department. Ferrazzano was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI as a bail violator.

At 12:20 a.m. on Oct. 15, Cranston Police arrested Giovanni Risco, 49, of 10 Randall St., Cranston, on charges of Violation of a No Contact Order as a result of a Domestic Disturbance at the aforementioned address. Risco was held for morning arraignment as a bail violator.


SHOPLIFTING

At 6:31 p.m. on Oct. 17, Cranston Police arrested Daniel Gamez Alvarez, 65, of 32 Cranston St., Apt. 4, Providence, on charges of Shoplifting and a Third District Court Bench Warrant. The arrest was the result of a call for service at Stop and Shop on Garfield Avenue. Alvare was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and transported to the ACI as a bail violator.


OFFICER OBSTRUCTION

At 6:31 p.m. on Oct. 17, Cranston Police arrested Gabriel Valerio, 26, of 37 Ontario St., Providence, on charges of Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty, Resisting Legal or Illegal Arrest, and Driving Without/Expired License (first offense). The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle accident in the area of Webster Avenue and Cranston Street. Valerio was arraigned by the Justice of the Peace.


SUSPENDED LICENSE

At 5:15 p.m. on Oct. 24, Cranston Police charged Christine Lucas Schroth, 60, of 22 Hillcrest Drive, West Warwick, on Driving with a Suspended/Cancelled/Revoked License (one count, fourth or subsequent). The charges were the result of a motor vehicle accident investigation in the area of Reservoir Avenue and Legion Way. Schroth was issued a Third District Court release to appear.


STOLEN VEHICLE

At 2:16 a.m. on Oct. 17, Cranston Police arrested Cesar Gomez-XIC, 23, of 50 Moroney Road, Grafton, Massachusetts, on charges of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle. The result of the arrest was from a Flock hit. Gomez-XIC was held for arraignment.


RECEIVING STOLEN GOODS

At 5:20 p.m. on Oct. 16, Cranston Police arrested Eliezer Albino, 37, of 71 Bingley Terrace, Johnston, on charges of Receiving Stolen Goods as a result of a Flock hit and subsequent traffic stop at Family Dollar on Atwood Avenue. Albino was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.


ASSAULT

At 6:39 p.m. on Oct. 24, Cranston Police arrested Eric Carnevale, 34, of 72 Boxwood Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic-Failure to Relinquish Telephone (one count), Domestic-Simple Assault/Battery (one count) and Domestic-Disorderly Conduct (one count). The arrest is the result of a disturbance call at the aforementioned address. Carnevale was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 5:24 p.m. on Oct. 24, Cranston Police arrested Ericka Barrios, 19, of 12 Pavilion Ave., Cranston, on charges of Domestic-Simple Assault/Battery (one count) and Domestic-Disorderly Conduct (one count). The arrest is the result of a disturbance call at 490 Wellington Ave. Barrios was arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released.

At 7:03 p.m. on Oct. 16, Cranston Police arrested Matthew Raposa, 34, of 22 Laura St., Warwick, on charges of Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the Dollar Tree Store on Plainfield Pike. Raposa was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.

At 7:03 p.m. on Oct. 16, Cranston Police arrested John Johnson, 52, of 60 Venice Ave., Johnston, on charges of Simple Assault and Disorderly Conduct as a result of a disturbance at the Dollar Tree Store on Atwood Avenue. Johnson was arraigned and released by Justice of the Peace.

At 12:20 a.m. on Oct. 15, Cranston Police arrested Sheila Sullivan, 41, of 10 Randall St., Cranston, on charges of Domestic Simple Assault and Domestic Disorderly Conduct as a result of a Domestic Disturbance at the aforementioned address. Sullivan was held for morning arraignment.


LARCENY

At 6 a.m. on Oct. 15, Cranston Police arrested Angel Munnelly, 22, of no permanent address, on charges of Larceny Under $1,500 (two counts), Obstructing Officer in Execution of Duty and Resisting Arrest. The arrest was the result of a suspicious activity call in the area of Roger Williams Circle and Road. Munnelly was held for morning arraignment as a bail violator.
