Personal trainer Shane Saurer is offering movement, balance and vision training at the Warwick Public Library on Tuesdays, October 26 and November 2, 9 & 16 at 2 p.m. Using the latest principles of neuroscience Sauer, a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and the owner of MATRIX studio will help participants to target and train specific areas of their brain to improve the way they move and see.
