Pursuant to R.I. Dry Dock Facilities Act, SHM Cowesett, LLC d/b/a Safe Harbor Cowesett Apponaug (SHM) asserts liens on the following vessels. Each to be sold to the highest bidder at public sale on 12/17/2024, at the times below at 2 Shattock Avenue, Warwick, RI 02886:

1978 30' Trojan F-30 HULL YEAH! HIN TRJ090550978 last known owner Scott W. Paterson and/or Kevin Mackenzie at 10:00 AM, lien: $3,571.26 plus costs;

1975 25' Cape Dory LINDA M HIN CPPE0328M75M last known owner Francis O'Brien and/or Fred V. Jackson at 10:10 AM, lien: $6,236.65 plus costs; and

1976 28' Pearson HALF FAST HIN PEA57092M76F last known owner Corey Mabe at 10:20 AM, lien: $4,775.16 plus costs.

SHM reserves right to credit-bid and/or bid at sale. Each vessel sold where-is/as-is with all faults and without any express/implied warranties.
